Website / Forms.

QUESTION: I wish to view some or all of the forms that have appeared on the website but they are password protected. Can you give me the passwords?

ANSWER: Some documents are available only to creditors of Goldtrail Travel Limited – in Administration. All known creditors have been sent notification of the password to access the documents. If you have not received this and believe that you are entitled to, please complete the Creditors’ Statement of Claim form and send it to the Administrators together with evidence of the sum claimed. If you have already been contacted as a creditor but not received the password for the latest document, please contact the Administrators.

QUESTION: I see that there is a Notice on the website relating to an Order of the Court but I don’t understand the implications of this.

ANSWER: The administrator’s have had to obtain a Court Order to allow the administration process to be dealt with in a certain way. Typically, we would have to send a copy of the Proposals and any other document directly to the creditors. The Court Order we have obtained states that we can make such documents available on the website without the requirement to copy it and physically send it to known creditors. We do, however, have to write to all known creditors to advise when a new statutory document is available for viewing/download so creditors will be aware when such an item has been posted to the site.
